I can already see a 100% pick or ban LCS pick for mages....
They'd pick malzahar just so they can get a level 4 dragon....while also bring nice dmg and some utility

with the turret execute may see a comeback in siege comps.
changes are interesting, and if the Hextech protobelt is to ever pass the prototype phase unscathed, we may see a resurgence of midlane Annie in pro-play. Mind you, even in pro play, reliability is highly desired.

I really like the direction they went with the reworks as a whole. Every single tackled mage ( I'm only talking out of the footage I've seen though, didn't play it first hand ) looks like they deliver their own fantasy.
I'm still kinda perplexed by the RNG element in 
's new passive and somewhat salty about the 
changes. I'll agree that the E-R combo in lane was kinda obnoxious, but the amount of mana and time it'll take to waveclear ( which was supposedly one of her strengths ) with such an ult is gonna be a pain.
