idk if he's still with LGD but he's probably gonna stay with them for money
and yeah it is sad most KR pros decline in skill once moving to China because they have more freedom
To be fair, it's kinda hard to blame him with esports careers being ridiculously short and not having as many lucrative future opportunities in them. At least by going to LGD, he could potentially save up for post-secondary and have a future.
As for the question at hand, I'm pretty sure his contract expired much like everyone elses (barring guys like froggen, LCS contracts only last for 1-2 splits).
