Does this mean the top 3 CS teams are getting a shot at this?
And if so, which are they?
Curious to see how those 3 teams will end up in the next split. Any experts who can speculate?

Each team has the right to sell their spot to who they like provided that Riot approves of the new team. It could really be any number of teams and brands.

It's won't be the top 3 teams. It'll be who buys the spots. I bet dignitas will buy.
I personally don't care for the entire TIP roster as they were just boring to watch especially Gate, he would make garbage plays 24/7 as Mid he was ok but as support my god he was bad AND that was his main role that the team handpicked him for as support was his main role before XiaoWeiXiao got banned. Team Dragon knights same thing like their ADC Mash was ok just a farming ADC but that was about it and just a meh team. Renegades was ok they improved greatly near the end of the split but not enough to say wow I want to watch this team. They beat Dignitas TSM and Impulse at the end of the split when the lower teams at that point doesn't care about winning as much. Its like watching the NFL the start of the season every bad team would play really hard to get to playoffs but once they are like 0-7 they stop trying and the other meh teams beat them and everyone is like " WOW RENEGADES are GREAT" and its just no they faced at the time bad teams and a struggling TSM team.
ALL n ALL I feel bad for the teams and really sad for the players but watching them was a chore.
