Enchantment magus is morellonomicon without the good stuff
id gladly pay and extra 100-200 gold on magus for some actual mana gen, as a jungle mage your dependent on spamming cooldowns to jungle clear which leaves little for ganking, skirmishes or basically anything else, especially if mid wants blue.
to top it off it has the same base stats as morello but without the huge mana gen and grievous wounds.
buff this item please, 20% cdr for what, if I have no mana to use it.
