Main Topic: Between the offline and online portions of the event, Riot will release its Patch 4.20, which will include a massive re-working of the jungle, the game's central battlefield.

" The first part of the tournament, however, will still use Patch 4.19, the current patch.

Players will at least have some time to get used to the updates. The new patch will be available on the live servers two to three weeks prior to the offline matches in December, Riot Games' esports coordinator, J.T. Vandenbree, told the Daily Dot."

Well, I guess teams will have to get used to the new jungle anyways? Junglers kind of get screwed though...

I agree what they are doing is completely stupid they should have either released the patch before the expansion tournament started or after not make them switch over to a new patch halfway through in which this patch will completely change how the jungle is played as well as objective priority, also it isn't even tested enough so for all we know baron buff could be too strong and snowball the entire game out of control. I know I was watching oddone's stream when he was doing pbe they got the 5 dragons and the game seemed pretty even they got baron and ignored towers and just completely ran the enemy team over there was no contest even though the game seemed pretty even up till that point. I think the snowball is going to be too strong with baron and it really needs to be playtested more.
