Well, I guess teams will have to get used to the new jungle anyways? Junglers kind of get screwed though...

Not agree. You doing FULL tournament on 1 patch or not.

Beside : What is harder to learn : FULL REWORKED JUNGLE + ITEMS -> you have 3 weeks for that or 1x ONLY new champion and he is banned out from LCS for 4x WEEKS.

oh no, i wasn't disagreeing on the logic perspective, it would be smart if they just delayed putting the new teams on the patch, or just holding off the tournament for a while to get the whole tournament on the new patch (like give a month or so to get used to the new patch before the tournament goes live). You could probably get a reasonable meta going in about a month, and will give the teams that adapt better to the new jungle a better shot at LCS.

I was just saying that, according to the article, they've been doing this sort of stuff for a while, silly as it is, and junglers are going to have to adapt to it anyways (and perhaps you want the junglers who are best on the new patch to have the advantage, since that's what's going to be played next season anyways).

New jungle is very different, no doubt, I've been watching NB3 stream though, he mentioned that new jungle doesn't seem as bad or difficult to learn as he thought. These pros are playing like 12+ hours a day, I'm sure they'll figure it out, it sucks, but I think they can manage

I agree what they are doing is completely stupid they should have either released the patch before the expansion tournament started or after not make them switch over to a new patch halfway through in which this patch will completely change how the jungle is played as well as objective priority, also it isn't even tested enough so for all we know baron buff could be too strong and snowball the entire game out of control. I know I was watching oddone's stream when he was doing pbe they got the 5 dragons and the game seemed pretty even they got baron and ignored towers and just completely ran the enemy team over there was no contest even though the game seemed pretty even up till that point. I think the snowball is going to be too strong with baron and it really needs to be playtested more.
