Why isn't Kai'Sa more banned at Worlds?
Those noobs, the teams should immediatly fire their analyst and coachs and sign some bunch of silver 3 analysts in order to have proper drafts.

because adcs aren't a priority target. Top lane is the priority.
The only team you might ban kai'sa out against is RNG/TL(because doublelift seems to be mentally lost on anything else atm)

But for real, among playins there was definitely more priority elsewhere based on the team strengths. This undoubtedly changes come group stage.
