Draven's DPS is second highest after Kog's, and conditionally third after Vayne if they're facing a tank heavy team. He isn't very mobile though, which will probably keep him from seeing much pro play anywhere. I think he would be a great ADC for bulldozing teams if he had a good peel support like a Janna.

prove it? Pretty sure jinx's dps is just as high. Its not about dps anymore anyway. its about uptime.

edit: draven axes dont crit. jinx has a larger attack speed steroid which does scale with crit. jinx has higher dps. if you want to say draven's dps is higher, you either need to prove it with numbers or you need to qualify it with conditions because its not universally true at all.
