I want to buy another rune page for all supports, poke and sustain and tank. What runes are the most ideal ones for all types of supports?

Probably magic pen runes, armor seals, mr/level glyphs, and AP quints.

Most supports will be running off of magic damage, so your runes and quints are there to assist that. Healing supports will also be getting slightly better heals from the AP quints. Armor runes help with the early stages of the game mitigating poke damage from enemy laners, and the mr/level glyphs will leave you at a slight disadvantage against pokey magic supports but will actually scale better through the late and midgame than flat mr glyphs. However that can pretty easily be played with the flat ones if you're more worried about laning phase than any other.

OP,

This would depend on the support type you prefer. There's really 3 major types, imho. Cheese support (blitz, vel, xer, lux) (no hate please, I'm a lux main, she's cheese support. ) people that are bot lane, but really don't take a huge amount of skill and in turn either enable large amounts of damage or do large amounts themselves.

Those.. really can be run with ones that suit their kit, honestly, they're going to do lots of damage no matter what.

Then you have sustain supports (Nami, Raka, Janna, Sona, etc) The squishy types that rely on intelligent casting and chaining of abilities to be effective, and positioning. Those, Cale017 has the right setup for. For Janna, take Ad over Mag pen tho, for the Shield + aa poke.

And the last would be the tanks. The supports whose job it is to lock down the enemy and be a damage soak. (thresh, Leona, braum, taric) Those champions don't really need to do hardly any damage themselves, they need to stay ALIVE long enough to kill. Hp Reds, Armor Yellows, Mr (or scaling MR/lvl) blues, and either armor or hp quints. This should make you much harder to kill as you flay, zenith blade, dazzle and winter's bite your way to a double kill at level 2.

If you have further questions, I do have a Diamond support main that I know. I'd be glad to ask her if she would be willing to help you. Just reply to let me know, or add me in game.
