Lissandra or Jayce for mid lane?

Well, it's probably time to main a champion for mid... I can't decide between Lissandra or Jayce, though.

Lissandra has a range that is considered "short" in mid lane, but she is mobile and provides a lot of CC. Oh and the free zhonyas, her kit so much to offer. She's probably better @ top, though. Jayce has long range and melee, and probably interesting to play as well. But is it true that there's a "QE" combo for Jayce that is, immediately casting the gates (E) after casting Q? That to execute that combo, your ping must be below 50? wtf? I have an average of 103-120 ping, do you think I can execute that combo?

this is just from personal experience as playing jayce but placing your E then pressing Q works just as well. that whole combo just gives them slightly less time to react. as for who you should main, i think you should go with jayce if you can get really good with him he can be op.

I can setup that combo consistently, and I'm at 90-110 ping, depending on the day.

But yes, here's what you do. Hover your mouse over the max range of e. Then line up your q shot, then q, e. There is only a short window, it's true, but it is long enough for people with ECPing to pull it off.
