How do I get a PBE account? I've seen so many people who got accepted a day after application I've been applied for a year and a half :c Is there anything I can do to further my chances of getting accepted? Will bake Riot cookies if accepted

Not really. I assume not getting in trouble has an impact. Playing a certain champ they may want you when they release a type like it
