How in matchmaking's almighty spite do you carry during the summer?

There are awful things I've seen in the last few weeks... Terrible... terrible... things. People who refuse to build items relevant to their champion (Morde is not an adc. Garen doesn't need to rush hydra, Annie doesn't need tear etc etc). And the more stupidity you see, the more you wonder why the game has to test you so much.

Is there any sort of way to overcome people who literally should not be playing ranked above bronze 3?

Normals is fine.

Ranked is not fine.

its a team game so if you get shit teamates you just need to compensate by being better to make your team better than the other team, if you have shitty teamates blaming them does nothing but boost your own ego even if they do suck, you deserve to stay in bronze if you cannot compensate for them to make a win
