Pick Order and Pre Game

Pick order is dead. Plain and simple. I have no idea why it ever exsisted in the first place... Yeah, i understand that you are playing ranked and want to secure playing your best role. But screaming "pick order" and refusing to listen to your team isn't going to do anything for you. Yes, I fully agree that if you're going to play ranked you should have the ability to play any role that you get put in - but do not act like you all do not have main champions or a select few "favorite/best roles". A team will work better if all 5 players get to play what they are best at. Easy logic there.

Ranked is all about counter picking, and team comp. You HAVE to work together if you're going to win, and it starts here. Sure, your 5th pick may know HOW to play all the roles, but that doesn't make them excempt from having a weaker one. Not every player is skilled with the right champions to effectively counter pick, or choose what works best with the team.

What i'm trying to say, is work together. Ask what everybody is best at before you start yelling about pick order. There is no such thing, that's you ensuring you get what YOU want. Not what makes the TEAM work. Which sounds better, 2 people getting what they want while the other 3 struggle, or all 5 players using their mains and face rolling? As an added bonus, if you dont force somebody to play something they dont want - the odds of you getting the "OMG I'M FEEDING I HATE YOU LAKJSDLFKJASLDF" are a lot slimmer.

Just my opinioin on the Pre Game Hype. Try to communicate, you need the TEAM to do well to win. Not YOU to think you can carry alone. Happy Players = Happy Team = Happy Wins. Now go kick some ass ;)
