But for real. Everybody complains about this community, when they fail to realize how easy the fix is.
"Trolls" play to lose - It's what they want, and they get a kick out of everybody they can piss off in the process. **Mute **them...
If we didn't have so many people that yelled back and all chatted at them, this wouldn't be such a fun game for them to "troll."
Stop being so concerned with knowing what they are typing about you, or your team, or whatever. You get mad about the stuff they say in game, but you choose to read it. Riot gives you the option to hide every single thing they type at you. Use it. They type to instigate. If you rage back - they win.
Are you going to lose your game even though you muted them? Yes probably. But did yelling and screaming and looking like a mad toddler make you win? Did it make the troll stop feeding? Probably not.
If we all just muted them and let them be - took our forced losses - and then reported (eventually reports will do something.... eventually. 
) the people who play to troll won't have fun doing it anymore.
Will it take time? Yeah. But the people who rage, and then make an upset board about it aren't doing anything but making it worse.
