Insert funny joke of sexual content here. On a more serious note it is pretty stupid that she can do that, but poor choice of words knocked up kinda seem sexual. :P

Not new. Same as blitz grab. She was already in the process of jumping when hit. Applies to other long animation abilities too.
She carries this invisible plate of plexiglass that she pulls out mid-air to rocket jump off of. It is attached to a string that she reels in as she flies.
