Good tips for PvP?

So I just started PvP and I lost. Pretty badly. By a horrible score of 2/10/5. I started off well but suddenly after my first death I started to loose control. Any tips would be appreciated. I am able to play well against bots and have already played against intermediate ones. Just a heads up, I play as a ADC.

Never stop getting cs and don't put yourself in a position you're unsure of, you're the main damage dealer of your team but your dps is 0 if your dead

If you have any players on your friends list ask them to support you and see if they like it because you can keep playing together as a bot duo. Since there are not many who can handle being a support, ask a friend who is level 10 with experience in the jungle, to jungle on your team. If you can't get some people to help ease you into PvP, go into a custom game with 1 intermediate bot against you, go to the same lane, and focus on last hitting the minions while not being hit by the bot's spells/basic attacks.

Looks like you're new, so part of the issue may be that you aren't sure of what every champion can do. Since you're just starting in normals, this is expected. CSing well is just something that comes with time and practice. Just practicing the game in general will help you the most at this point.

I also main ADC and have been playing it since last season. There are a lot of things that are important to the role, but since you're just starting out and are level 7, you should just focus on not getting damaged as much as possible by the enemies and hitting all your CS as well as putting damage onto them if you can. Another thing - and maybe why you started off well and slowly started feeding. Are you looking to see where the enemies could be? I know lots of people don't ward as they are learning, but just try to stay cognizant of where the others are.

If you have any questions for me, feel free to ask ^^ I am on NA, or I'd play with you and help

I agree with all these people. Warding can be essentially and its not done in lower levels and while learning. You can easily countergank with a ward. Make sure to ward the bushes by the river while in lane. Also, you're just starting. Don't take bad games super hard and just keep practicing. Even higher levels have bad games and 2/10 scores.

I can't play with sadly or else I'd help you since I main support.
