I just bought Katarina
. And fair to say it she is a hard champion. I wanted to know all the tips you Katarina players wanna give along with the items build and all that. Please do keep in mind that I am just level 13 atm.

Ok she sint thnat hard. :P Be sfae and farm with Q pre 6 and poke. Go for small trades and run at level 6 if the enemy is below half hp all in and ignite. Try to roa bot alot. Learn wardjumping
In lane, NEVER initiate a trade. You do NOT attack until they do. You are a champion that pretty much has One spell that can't miss and does a decent amount of damage. You wait until they throw something at you. This is where you have to make a judgement call, however. If it misses, immediately use all three of your abilities on them and then walk away (If you're pre-6). If you're post-6, keep doing this until they are low enough to kill with ult.
Unfortunately there are going to be some match-ups in lane that don't have these moment's of weakness that I'm describing. Fizz is one of those. No matter what, he will out-damage you early. Diana is another example. Even if she misses Q and you QEW her, she can shruge off most of the damage with a shield that also happens to hurt you, can pull you back in while you're running, and send the trade completely in her favor. Forget even fighting her at 6, forget even picking Kat into Diana, that is a lost lane (assuming you don't know how to safely farm and wait for ganks)
Well, in my experience as Katarina, you need to stick back and farm early game whilst poking the enemy back with your Q, if you feel confident, and if your opponent is low enough(let's say at half health), Q them, E, then W, and finally, ult. Although you may want to be careful around enemies that have disables or stuns(such as Yasuo's Q, Ahri's charm, or Azir's ult). They can disable your ult and potentially cost you the kill if you can't catch up to them and get the kill.
Play a different champion.
I am sadly, not joking. As much as it pains me to say it, picking Kat these days is deliberately playing League on hardmode, and its only getting worse next patch, as the nerf to precision is going to hit her harder than most.
She basically has zero favorable lane matchups anymore. Any other champ mid has an advantage over Kat, and some are just so much stronger that your odds of winning lane are effectively zero unless your opponent is braindead. You can't even realisticly ask for jungle help, cause Kat offers just about nothing in the way of gank assistance, you have no CC, and your burst damage is meh, at best.
If your just determined:
The trick with Kat is learning when to go in and learning how to jump out quickly. You have to be absolutely certain that most of the enemy's hard CC is gone before you engage or you will die every time. Remember while you're playing that you can Shunpo to any allied character, including minions and wards.
If you get the chance, Kat can absolutely butcher the enemy by waiting in the brush and ulting while they get close. Your ult will still deal damage from the bushes while they can't see it, and half the time the enemy won't notice their health bar is draining until you're ready for an E+W execution combo.
Also, be prepared to get flamed by your teammates. Kat lives and dies by her ability to snowball; picking her is a pretty big gamble and if you fall behind you'll instantly become dead weight.
Press Q , W , E and press the most important part which makes Katarina useful (if u know what i mean ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) ; R.

to play kat bash your face on the keyboard she really isnt that hard mechanically. but she is still an assassin so you have to play her smart.
Play safe if the enemy has a lot of cc as they will interrupt you in the middle of your combo when your playing Kat you must keep two things in mind:
In teamfights, wait until the enemy blows most of their stuns/knockbacks/silences/knockups/any other interrupts (anything but slows and snares), then use q, then when that lands, jump in with e, hit w, then r and then when you got a triple, use your resets to clean up the other 2 for the obligatory penta.
