Tips, please?
Going off of my general stats (http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/39906874), are there any diamond or higher-tier players who could offer some insight/tips/suggestions on how to make my gameplay better?

Not a diamond, but I do see that you're a midlane player. I've found that keeping track of the opponent's cool downs and attacking them if (For example) they burn one of their more important battle abilities on a minion grants an extremely powerful upper hand if you choose to trade or fight right then.
you love to play katerina, she's good but her chance to shine diminish greatly if they have 2 hard cc (knock up, stun, taunt, grab,(silence)). that's one of your main drawback you pick her when enemy has many of those.
