Scripting?

So I was in a ranked game with a "Diamond 2" smurf or so he claimed. And he was on the enemy team playing Kog'maw. And what really kept bothering me was how I would toss my Q, leave, Shunpo away but no matter WHERE I Eed to his artillery ult would somehow hit me. Not once, not twice, but each and every time. The game was in a stalemate so I literally would lure him to chase me and kept doing it just to see if he was that good or what. And he never missed an R.

Now... I understand there are good players. Really good players. But the movement prediction he had was uncanny and downright freaky. I was mixing it up with how I moved, even stuttering my champ around and Shinpoing closer to and away from him. Am I wrong to think he may have been scripting?
