Don't feed. Listen to your teammates that know what they are doing. Pick a tanky champ that provides CC so that your good teammates can carry without being shat on.

I think not feeding is the most important part, and the part people struggle with the most. Look, losing the lane isn't the worst thing in the world. Losing the lane AND being 1/6 in lane, is the worst thing in the world. Its hard to come back from a game where you feed someone more than just a CS lead.
Like my last game as lucian. I had 180 cs at 20 minutes. Winning my lane. Set up for a decent game. But, Mid is 1/8 in the laning phase, jungler is 1/7, and this is only 20 minutes into the game. I had no chance. You have to give your team a chance to turn the game around. I might have been able to carry that, but not with a jungler and mid a combined 2/15 before 20 minutes, with us losing mid turret and not being able to even fight back cause of how fed they are.

Knowledge is power. Being able to judge when to engage or disengage is key. But what this requires is having good map awareness/ward coverage, and basic mechanics.

As you are part of a team, you are responsible for them. When one of your team mates die, you have to consider helping them so the enemy does not start snowballing. The very reason why the mid laner has the highest impact in the game is because they are in a position to constantly gank (help) other lanes. So if your mid laner dies, go gank it when he comes back. If you are able to relieve some pressure off of your team mate then it's two birds for one stone.

Nha get so fed you can 1v3. Then your team can win a 4v2. EZ games
Dont feed and ward if u dont know how to do this yet it will improve your game by 90%
cause a shitplayer that hugs tower and wards is somewhat usefull
Time is running out. When I first was sorted into Bronze V, most of my games were with last season Silvers / Golds, as the season progresses I'm seeing more and more legit Bronzes - climb now while you can!
