100% of games with a 4 queue have a solo queue player.
Which means every time there is a 4 queue, there will be 1 neglected player on the team that feels not included, most likely harassed, and most likely blamed for a loss.

Nice and cool until his friend blames me? Yeah, he's a douche and his mid lane friend is too. It's either that or I get ignored. Even in normals (Where this happened) a good amount of pre-mades are like that. So imagine in ranked where people tilt way easier.

That's because matchmaking compensates the enemy for the 4 man premade so the solo has to play against more skilled players while also usually not getting support of his team.

Let's have a simple example: you have 4 Silver3 queueing together as a premade. The matchmaking system compensates them being premades, and treat them as Silver1. That means they will be matched AGAINST Silver1, but also WITH Silver1. The one Solo player will be a Silver1, matched against Silver1, just as he should be matched anyway.

I've never had something happen to me like your example, I did had to play with and against Gold ranked players with me being the lowest rank. When I duo queue I'm also nearly always the highest rank of my team (I do duo with a lower ranked person though).
The system seems to work like this: 4 premade Silver 3 get matched with a Bronze 1 against an enemy team averaging about Silver 1 or when they have premades as well Silver 2/3/4.

Keep in mind that you don't have to respond to them or you can mute them and report them if they are harassing you. There are ways you can get around this type of behavior and Riot certainly isn't banning people when they respond once or twice to their taunts, as long as it isn't making things personal and turned to hate. Just don't make it a habit to fire back at every criticism or flame.

Not necessarily. I was banned permanently for "griefing" because I was playing off-meta supports in ranked. I got it repealed via support ticket (thx Riot). Was a stupid ban to begin with, I wasn't intent feeding nor talking trash to my team. I was just playing the game and I was reported enough times by raging teammates who actually deserve a ban.

He plays gimmicky builds and gets reported all the time, but as far as I know, has only ever gotten punished for inappropriate name, which was borderline true, and just forces a free name change. Colgate Gator6 votesI'll be honest, I have been grieved by a 4man team probably once ever since DQ has been implemented, and a lot of the time I play solo for both Solo and Ranked.
Most of the time they're either pretty chill or I don't even notice that's the case, likewise when me and 3 friends play together (because the 5th always bails on us, the fucker).
You shouldn't discount the possibility that the lone player begins the harping and gets ganged on because fights are generally won by sheer numbers and firepower.

your math is wrong. just because every game with a 4 man premade also has a solo q player doesnt mean there are more people that play solo than there are people that play queued. it means there are more GAMES with solo players than there are games with 4 man premades, but its still entirely possible there are more people playing 4 man queue than solo queue. i dont know the numbers, but the way you reached your assertion is wrong.

DQ ranked....where you and 4 random other guys that never saw each other before and know nothing about each other can be matched up against a team of 5 people that have been playing together since season 1, and its considered a fair game that accurately compares the 2 parties skills.

Just had a cancer game with a 3 queue on my team. Was about to dodge and figured, this team might not be fucking cancer. They feed then FF and I lose 20lp. This game's mm is such fucking trash
