Yorik AP/AD, Summoner's Rift

I am fairly new, only getting into LoL middle of last season. So, I'm still learning.

I've loved Yorik for a while. He has a great poke, good health sustain and good team support. But, for me, he had always seemed to fall short of being a good champ capable of standing on his own and being a force to reckon with, with enemies maybe being slowed or slightly damaged, but always able to retreat to safety before I could bring them death.

I started by building his items, runes and mastered according to lolpro.com.

Lately I have been goofing around with various Champs to fit them to my own style.

This is what I came up with for Yorik For items. (I have yet to good around with runes or masteries)

Zhonya's Hourglass Blade of the Ruined King Hextech Gunblade Maw of Malmortius Manamune -> Muramana Berserker's Greaves

These items have done very well. Stealing health, increased attack speed for Yorik and his wraiths, ability power increase...with a little bit of armor, I have been able to rush into battle and get quite a few kills.

When health is low, I take a quick detour into the jungle for a speedy health boost vs minions.

I was thinking, too, that this may be an option to make Yoric a viable unconventional jungler.

What do you think of this build?
