He's too unbalanced and overpowered. Fires faster at level 1 than a fully built level 18 Twitch. You are breaking the game with your dumb new unblanced and untested champs.

That's objectively false. His attack speed is comparable to any other ADC, and he doesn't have his Q ability at level 1. Even so, with his Severum Q and no items, he's just over 3 attacks per second. Plus, it only lasts just shy of two seconds, whereas a fully-built Twitch can fire faster than that for however long he feels like with autos that are dealing full damage rather than the tiny autos Severum creates.
Aphelios is fine. He's probably a bit undertuned to be honest, but I bet the devs are being extra-cautious with any sort of balance changes due to his steep mastery curve.
Ahh yes, his .64 attack speed level one is far beyond level 18 Twitch's.
They only need to fix the nova with the flamethrower + R. Atm its bugged and deals a shitload of damage which i doubt its intended.

Alright. Here is a video. He is level 5, no speed items, and from what I can count, he is doing almost 6 attacks per second including his turret at one point. This is absolute BS that he can do this.
1 shot quadra kill. So broken.
