If people go AFK for more than 2 minutes before first 20 minutes, allow Vote for surrender

Sick of joining a game and someone goes AFK right away, then we just waste time until we can surrender. Please, add something that if someone is AFK, allow team vote for surrender. It is a waste of time. I have to work every weekday, and when I can only get in 1 or 2 games at night, it really pisses me off when they are a waste of my time.

2 minutes abit too short imo 5 minutes seems more logical and actually gives time for toasters to reboot

If you are good enough to not feed then you can win 4v5. Surrender in all games should be available at 15 minutes.
