Diana Lunar Rush bugged - she can't be stunned?

In my last game, I played as Bard. I hit Diana 4 different times throughout the game with a Q - Cosmic Binding, and it either hit something in front of her first or behind her second - meaning she should immediately be stunned. Well, it DID NOT stun her, and she was still able to lunar rush me and kill me immediately after Bard's Q landed. The ability does not say anything about being uninterruptible. So, either change the description or fix your broken game.

I do not think this is a bug. Stun doesn't stop movement abilities. It stops champions from using them but it doesn't interrupt the movement unless it's charged (like Rakan's dashes). The target will however get stunned properly during the dash and after its movement if the stun lasts longer. It's like Veigar's buffs (from whatever season) where they made it so his E stops enemies dashing through it. (Before enemies would still be able to conclude the full extent of their dash while being stunned)

There's this hidden mechanic in the game called "CC buffering" where if you time an ability right, you can use up part of the CC during the cast time / movement animation.
