Taking a lot of poke in lane
When Im taking a lot of poke early game in the lane, is it a good idea to buy chain vest which can be upgraded into a guardian angel late game? By doing this I will sacrifice some ad but I can receive less poke.

if you are adc, then no. reason being is that you kind of would be useless as adc since adc have about no cc and you would also then have no damage meaning you basically do nothing. I'm guessing you are talking about adc.
Personally, if I'm taking a lot of damage early, I like to start bloodthirster instead of infinity edge.
The extra life steal will really help you stay in lane, and you don't have to sacrifice TOO much damage.
I think of it as the adc version of building defensive.
