Alright so i main zed and i know how to team fight as an assassin nuke the adc or whoever is their strongest carry but alot of times this wont win the fight still. When i win my lane and i try to help get my other lanes fed and ahead even when im 3-0 or 4-0 i still for some reason lack the capabilities to kill the 1-0 or 2-0 other lane. I dont know why but im sure its some mistake i make. Another is i try to split push as well and even when they send 2 or 3 after me it still results in a loss-loss situation for my team. I know its not all their fault i just dont know what to do with my lead pls help. Im in silver elo if that helps answer my question.

If you get a lead and can no longer help your other laners (aka laning phase is over) try jungle roaming. Pick half of the enemy jungle, get three stealth wards out, and pick off whoever on their team is stupid enough to go in alone. Your job isn't just to kill their ADC, it's to create a numbers advantage for your team by catching people out.

Yeah what they said. Ward up the enemy jungle and catch people out alone. Late game this can be the deciding kill that lets your team push nexus 5 v 4.

You can pretty much cover an entire half of the enemy jungle with 3 well placed wards. Someone is BOUND to walk through them in the next 3 minutes.

I prefer setting them up in the bot jungle since it helps your team prepare for dragon and also there are just more enemies on the bot side throughout a match.

Warding top jungle is sort of unnecessary. Especially at Silver elo.

If you are a fed assassin, particularly if you are the only person doing well on your team, make sure that you do not try to kill someone if you risk dying. If, for example, you dive on their 5/1 carry, explode him, and get focused and die. Bad trade!

It's easy to get in the mindset that if you are jumping on the most important person on the enemy team, you're doing your job exactly right. Even if you die and they don't, you know this is what you're supposed to do. But in reality, you cannot afford to die if you're the fed one. Read the situation and know when you should stay safe and wait. Think about whether your team has a chance of winning the teamfight, and ping your team out if it looks unfavorable. Better to have 1 other person die in the retreat than to go 2-for-3 (with you as one of the deaths).

As for split pushing, always ward the paths that the enemy will come from, and back out well before it's too late. Sense when they're coming for you and frustrate them by backing out before they could possibly get to you, but then show up right back at lane as soon as they want to leave. Most importantly, don't start split pushing at random. Your split should serve a purpose. You should ensure that your team is ready to do something constructive with the pressure you're creating. If mid is dead, adc farming under tower at top, support just spawned and jungler is headed for red, that is not the time to split bot. The pressure you create won't be useful to your team.

As any assassin, your goal is to end the game quickly. No matter how fed you are, no matter who you are, you're going to drop off the later the game goes. Less people will be alone, objectives will be in higher demand, team fights will be more prevalent, etc, etc. Try to push your team towards objectives. Time the dragon. 5 man push the towers. If things start to go bad, don't be afraid to cut and run.

It seems like nobody is answering your question so ill do m best to help.

It doesn't matter whether you're an assasin or ranged AoE casters, you shouldn't be losing the lead if you're ahead.

The only way this is possible is if you're not itemizing properly. As an assasin, Last Whisper is an essential item to get. Are you buying LW as your second item?

To me early game is finished upon completion of your first item. Mid game is finished by the time everyone finished their second item and late game 3rd item.

Ideally your first item should be for utility. A great utility item for Zed is blade of the ruined king. Your mid game item is the one that's going to give your champion a power spike. For assasin's, the best way to achieve this is by buying penetration second.

This is not always true for ap champions. Usually a rabadons as a second item is great choice since it provides the damage spike you need to kill squishies until penetration is needed late game for tanks.

There's a good chance you're losing your lead mid game if you attempt to buy defensive items. Remember that your power drops a little when you're investing in boots. The moment you invest in anything else other than AD, expect to fall off a little.

Are you rushing black cleaver after botrk? Tell me your build path

Put deep wards in their jungle, control objectives, take objectives, prevent any carries on their team to get fed. win
