Could someone Watch my soloqueue games and give me advice or coach me?

Im a mid lane main with over 5000 games since season 3. I spend season 3 2000 of them in bronze. the other 3000+ has been in silver and i still cant get out. I feel my decision making is the real issue but im wondering if theres something else im just missing. I know the list could be endless but i just want someone to kinda watch over me and see what they think and help along the way. I particularly like Yasuo, Ekko, Zed, Fizz, Karthus mid. Been trying to pick up Ahri and Azir. i own all champs and have mained every mid laner to an extend over my time knowledge of the champs is not an issue at all. I under stand most lane mechanics such as freezing breaking freezes when to roam how to maxamize the cs they lose when they back or die. I mainly fall apart after laning. I dont always win lane no one does. But when i do get a lead or fall behind i always fall apart after laning no matter what. rather im 5-0 or 0-3 i just seem to not make the right choices to utilize my advantages or catch back up and im not sure what it is i need.
