How do i remember to apply things ive learned in Games?

I noticed my problem wasnt a lack of what i knew or the mechanics to pull it off. It seems that i do know alot (from thousands upon thousands of games of experience) but i dont remember to apply my knowledge in game. For example i may know exactly what way Zed beats Ahri in a scenerio but when it comes to that scenerio in game the exact same ill blank out and take a guess almost becuase of how i simply forget it in the heat of a game. I believe alot of people have this issue when it comes to climbing. I dont know how i can remember to use what i know in game i just blank in the heat of it. Im Gold 4 if that helps.

Practice, and nothing else. If you review how your actions negatively impact your performance immediately you'll eventually see it before you do that action.

I had the same issue. My problem (I didn't realize it at the time) was that I capitalized too much on my strengths but left my weaknesses untended. What I did to fix it was focus only on my weaknesses and become aware of them as well how much damage i can dish out/take in a certain amount of time. By doing this, I already had my strengths memorized but by focusing purely on my weakness I was able to even it out and play well again. This also helps you figure out what items to build given the dynamic situation and how you should play against your opponents.

I've heard it helps if you keep reminding yourself over and over while you play, keep saying it in your head to remember something so that when that something occurs you are prepared for it.

Repetition helps a lot. For example, I know that if I place my boxes at the right times with Shaco, I can get a second fear on my first camp. It just takes doing the same thing over and over until it gets lodged in your head. You ready your spinning axe as draven 4 seconds before the gromp/krugs spawn if you are leashing so you get two axes up in lane. Just gotta do it over and over, maybe get a replay system and watch your games over and see what you did right and wrong.

Repetition, my friend. Just relax and play it out. Take a break from your usual champs and play with some of their counters. Play it safe if you feel like you're losing and punish your opponent once they begin to position themselves poorly.

The way to beat someone is about rotation..for example ahri vs zed..ahri missed her charm and her q..you can go ham on her knowing you will win the trade:).it;s simple
