Kennen is like the opposite of Ezreal

He's Ap but he can be played as and ADC

When Ez is and ADC but can also be played Ap

So I wonder,

Do you build adc kennen like most ADCs who rely on Crit and lots of Ad so he can get a large bonus from his w

Or do you build him like Vayne so your W procs as many times as possible?
