Name all the adc's who have burst.

Uh, all of them do. When you can right-click on someone and automatically shoot them from halfway across the lane for 800-1000 (up to 2k for Draven) damage, and do that twice or more a second, you have more burst than champions DESIGNED to be bursty, like Jayce, Shaco, Eve, etc. To pretend they do "sustained" damage is just ridiculous. They're burst against squishies, and sustained burst against tanks. There is no out-damaging an ADC. The only way to even try to kill them is to CC them into infinity (which is NOT counterplay, by the way) or kill them when they don't know you're there.

kalista has some high rend damage at times. jinx rocket can be counted i guess.

Quinn, Graves, and I would say maybe Lucian.

That's using a traditional definition of burst. In terms of being able to pretty much one shot people, that would be Draven

Kog actually has surprising burst with a Sheen, especially at 6 and 9.

Quinn, Ezreal. Trist maybe a bit, she was more bursty a long time ago before the major rework imo. Twitch kinda, late game a couple aa's and his e and they die. :P

None of them really have "burst". ADc's are generally oriented around sustained damage dealing. That being said, caster ADc's have a lot of initial damage and low sustained damage so Graves and maybe Ezreal. If you mean they can dish out a lot of damage in a few attacks, maybe Ashe with her R> W > Q (Does well over 2600 damage lategame) and Trist E > Autos > R. Varus has a lot of damage on his Q and E, so maybe you can count him too.
