y is tristana able to ult minions?

Have you ever got your attack speed slowed by a malph and Nasus while a frozen heart is messing you up too? Then you are trying to get that last CS you need to finish your power spike, but have no attack speed to get that juicy cannon minion. So you ult that shit and walk away with your mastery symbol showing strong.

For that one AP Jungle Tristana main, it can help secure baron....

Same reason you can ult minions as Brand. It possesses an AoE that can take advantage of enemy positioning near minions.

A couple reasons.

1. It allows her to do a combo with her E. Stack explosive shot on a super minion or large jungle monster and ult it towards some unsuspecting low HP targets.
2. If a pet is being a major threat (Voidlings, Tibbers, Daisy, Morde Ghost) you can ult them away.

Next patch : Lee Sin becomes actually able to play soccer with minions because BIG PLAYS when he stuns you / kills you from range under your turret.

Why? Then Lee can kick a minion into you knocking you up.

Why not?

Tristana generally has lower upfront burst damage than other carries (she needs to build up her E charges to burst) so her ult can be useful on super minions to give her extra time to kill them while minimizing damage dealt to the tower.

It's on a really low CD anyway.

remember when you could ignite minions or when soraka could heal minions lol

You can use e and ult on a minion to send a flying bomb

so you can stack your bomb on the cannon and then launch it into your enemies obviously

it works really well if you have to kill supers minions hitting your tower. also you can out the bomb onto a minion, stack it, then toss it into their backline. It possible, but few people ever do this because 1) its usually to complex to think of it on the spot and 2) most Trists would rather save their ult for something else

Because #LCSBIGPLAYS by ulting a minion with a fuckton of E charges into the enemy team. I'm not joking, this is actually why Riot said this is a thing.
