Need advice for ranked

Last game I had an ap ez who kept asking how to build him. And a Shaco Sup (who I think was trolling) who didn't really help his adc and never bought a sightstone. Now in champ select I knew we were porbably screwed cause I have seen this so many times. People picking weird off meta stuff (which I have no problem with) but then playing terribly.

So what should I do in this situation. Berate my teammates for holding me back (at least if feels like it) or just ride it out and hope I get luckier next time?

if your in bronze and silver don't expect to be carried you need to carry.

never berate, as it doesn't help you. it doesn't even help make you feel better, even if you feel like doing it. you just have to play through it, and try to enjoy playing it. you're in the match, best thing to do is try to enjoy it any way you can. if you can't enjoy it, just hope it's better next match.

Generally, it's better just to dodge. Some things that are unexpected work fairly well (such as a support Rengar or mid Pantheon) but generally if the idea sounds terrible, it's going to do terribly.

I have never dodged a ranked game but I think if I was in a situation with a shaco support I would probably do it lol. I always ride out off meta picks but supp shaco is useless trust me Ive tried XD

I think Riot needs to implement a dodge system. There should be no reason why someone should have to waste 20+ minutes and LP when they can see it right in front of them that the team is going to have a feeder.

Just a small tip but if you aren't in placements it is some times better to dodge. You lose less lp and you waste less time with just a 5 minute dodge penalty. Its not always the answer but if you know for a 100% fact that this game is gonna be bad you might as well. I dont recommend doing it on troll picks because you never know but if your team starts fighting in champ select I say just dodge and move on.
