interesting concept, a gender changing skin for all the champs. It would be really cool if there were two base skins Male/female with pretty much the same outfit only gender modified to be appropriate.

In Viktor's defense, he constantly seeks to replace his body with machines. Keeping the same structural design, regardless of sex, is a perfectly logical course of action.

If one of your body parts was replaced by a prosthetic, would you adapt better to something that has a similar weight and distribution to your old human part or a completely different design?

Now, as for the hips, that's just a disappointing design choice on the artist's part.

Where the hell are they going to store the capacitors and inductors? It has less volume in the upper body. Also, most men (anything with a penis) desire to hump anything they can, and nerds will be confounded by the design choice, will spend to much time thinking and will be killed. Distractions everywhere.

The left pauldron is a perfect spot for battery storage. Also, with technology of that caliber, why would the batteries be large and need a lot of storage space? I bet they would be small enough to fit anywhere. Distraction for nerds? But.. that would be a humiliating way to defeat your opponents, not to mention highly impractical!
