For a Garen main, are my stats with him alright?

Dude, I started just a couple months or so before pre-season. I'm still learning. Look at my stats for season 4 with Garen compared to this season. I don't know what changed between then and now, but the difference blows me away every time I look at it. I'm clearly still improving, as I am Bronze IV, but I'm trying to do so by maining a role/champion and top/Garen is what I chose, and I feel 100% comfortable with him. All I feel it comes down to now is just improving even further as a player. My knowledge of the champion is no longer the limiting factor, so I meant I've "mastered" him in that sense. But I'm not going to shoot up to gold overnight. My friend was Silver last season and he got stuck in Bronze too this season and has had to start working his way up as well. And, for me, it doesn't help that I'm not as comfortable in other roles. I mean, I'm pretty decent at jungling and support, but not to the point that I can help carry a team to victory on a consistent basis. See my win rates with supports for evidence of this. If I were to get my role each and every time, I think I could be higher, but I don't, and so I do need to become a more well-rounded player, I admit. But the main thing I'm looking at doing now is improving with my best champion.
