Need some advice

Ever since i hit silver 5, I can not string wins together. every game it seems every lane loses hard. and now my LP gains are dipping, i was gaining 15 losing 15, then 13 losing 13, now its like 11. So this bullshit mmr system is putting me in games with teams against much harder teams then making sure i stay at 0 lp, and i cant get demoted for it to start balancing out. what the hell am i supposed to do?

if it helps i had a 57% win rate over all, until i hit s5 a few days ago, now its dipped to about 52% overall. Im just super frustrated, doesnt seem to matter what i do, if i do well or poorly in any of these games. Every lane loses. the few wins ive had in the last couple days were do to pure luck involving disconects.
