I cant break this losing streak. ive won one game in the last 21 matches. I usually start off well it seems. It doesnt matter if im in ranked, aram, team builder all losses. Its really starting to suck. any suggestions from people who have gone on huge downswings in games?

Take a couple of days away from league.

When you come back, try to assess where you go wrong, and what you do right.

Taking a few hours/days/weeks away from League is one thing that is sure to help. More often than not, if you're on a losing streak, you're also tilting, which leads to losses.

Otherwise, something I often do is either play Team Builder to simply play fun champions/roles (it can get a bit longer ot find a match qhen queueing as poppy support, but at least you have 4 players that agrees to it), or play fun modes like Dominion/Aram.

Lastly, when you go back into the game, call your favorite role with your most succesful champion. At that point, I simply look myself up (op.gg or lolking), and pick the highest winrate among my top 10 played champions. In my case, I would call "pref support" and pick veigar if I get that role. If I end up ADC, CAitlyn seems to be appropriate, and for top/jungle, it's be Poppy. Mid I'm always clueless and lock in Morgana to both make my support's life easier and be able to shove mid 24/7.

In your case, you have an abysmal Leona winrate so I would simply not play her (even though your KDA is pretty fine). Kayle and Annie both have really nice win rates, so just call the role you prefer to play them in (with "pref", preferably, since it leaves a better atmosphere), and hope for the best.

The break suggestion is good, but if you decide to persist there are a few minor things you can focus on that will generally help you in any game you play.

Pay special attention to your attitude in games - Don't fly off the handle, and most importantly give your teammates props when they play well, a simple "nice" or "gj" can go a long way toward making your teammates more willing to work with you.

Ward a LOT - If you find that you're losing games a lot, you've got nothing to lose by being more persistent with your warding. Worst case scenario you're individual play might not be a lot better, but now your teammates have amazing vision. I'm not sure what role you play, but even an adc can benefit from a clever item 2043 (since it can last the whole game if lucky) and upgrading their item 3361 to a full-time ward.

There's also a slew of champions that are pretty decent even when they build item 2049 , particularly tanks like Amumu Darius Sejuani Vi Volibear Nunu and even AP mages!

If you are hurting on mechanics, try playing some dominion games with the champions your struggling with, the focus on teamfighting will let you practice the parts of Champion mechanics that can cost you games on the rift with way less time investment.

Most importantly go into each game with the intent to have fun. Don't sweat the small stuff, the more fun you have the more often you'll win, cause your attitude will be in the right place! I wish you the best of luck in getting your winstreak back.
