Can I skip from Silver 2 to Gold 5?

I have checked my MMR on various sites and each one says that it [My MMR] is about 130 points higher than the average for my division. Along with having a higher MMR i have been winning a lot lately, and gain ~26 lp per win and loose ~13 for a loss. If/when i get into my promo's for silver 1, is it possible that after winning them i get bumped into gold straight from there? Also i was g5 last season if that means anything.

It's not possible to skip from silver into gold. It's possible to skip between silver, but they made it so you can't skip from silver into gold.

It is possible to skip a division if your mmr is higher than the average of that division. I got placed in s3 and right after i hit and won promos I went straight to s1

Well, with the LP gain you get, playing a few ranked games is virtually skipping it compared to some people.
