Riot, put me back into my f*cking promos

I was already pretty tilted from bad matchmaking and my own personal fails, so it was nice for me to get into promos. I was 1-1 (the game prior i lost due to an afk). I was in matchmaking waiting to select a champ and the champion select screen froze. I couldn't ban or pick or anything. My chat still worked, so it wasn't my internet.

I lost my promos because of a bug and now I need to win 2 more games in a row to get back into them. For the love of god, please just once fix your mistake riot.
