"So sad... You are not authorized" ?

My internet is currently pretty bad (unable to play league atm), so I'm browsing the boards. I went to "thumbs-up" a post and I get the error message of "So sad... You are not authorized".

Wat

I figure this has to do with my activity on the boards (being more active than times past). Riot is making sure I'm not some "like-bot" or something. I'm not mad or anything, just a little confuzzled.

Edit: I can't vote in polls either. Some assistance please

It'll do that for the team finding board because it doesn't have upvotes, but otherwise it should work if you just click again or refresh if you have to.

I have had this problem since I started League back in season 5 and I still have this problem to this date.

Edit: I already tried clearing all the cookies and that didn't work.
