Annie is a bit of a problem child

Everything about her... 0 cast time, short cooldowns, and mana refunds. She has absolutely no downside. Early, she can just CS with her q for absolutely no cost, then when she decides to 2v1 the mid laner and jungler (when not even slightly fed) she can go ahead and back and get her items. When she reutrns to lane, her ulti is up again (because why not have a next-to-no-cooldown ultimate). Another mage can't even hope to outburst her because of the instant cast time... But it really is mostly her early game. She is waaaay to safe of a pick to be able to just last hit every fucking minion with her q... Refunds all mana cost and halves the cooldown. Really? that doesn't seem a bit OP. You wont miss a single minion and be able to bully your lane opponent with no chance of being ganked every 8 seconds (only using q).. You can't even engage her when she doesn't have a stun... She can just cast her other abilities and have it up.
She is just waaay to strong early and needs some cast times and actual mana costs.

My suggestions: Make her Q a 15/13/11/9/7 second cooldown and 70/80/90/100/110 mana cost and only refresh half the mana cost and cooldown Giver her some casting time, because 3.5k damage in 1.3 seconds is a bit excessive. Then tibbers needs to only last ~15 seconds and be on a 110/100/90 second cooldown Her passive will be every 6 spell casts

That way she has to vamp up a little bit instead of when ever she decides she wants to rape the other team. I really don't think these nerfs will effect her late game, just not let her sh*t all over the lane she is in.

Also, we should remove teemo

Poor Annie, she was kicked out of bot lane and now the meta sheep assassins want her kicked out of mid.

The removal of DFG is going to be a big enough nerf as is.

She is an assassin counter and that's good, we need more assassin counters with all of these assassins running rampant. Plus she counters most ADCs, you know that class that has never been out of the meta.

Also: Free last hitting? Zed Mana refund? Zed no mana to manage at all Wave clear? Zed Insane burst? Zed Much safety? Zed

You're going a bit too hard but she needs some number nerfs, and they should probably revert the last buff they gave her (not the base damage part, just the stupid ratio increase) since she's broken now.

yes, annie is a problem child, but definitly not because she's to save. She mostly shares the same design problem as ryze(both beeing some of the first mage...): Short range, all point n click(well, W and R are technically skillshots, but since theire instant hitting the full aoe, there is no way you miss them if your mouse is over the enemy), hard cc and very low cd(no downtime)

both simply say stay out of range or i hurt you, and if slightly fed or together with a ally, getting in range means dieing cause of the failproof burst+cc, follwed by some small nuke to finish due short cds. they neither offer very interesting gameplay nor any form of counterplay, and if their values are not 'OP', they suck due low range and mobillity(and basetankiness)

The last thing Annie needs is a nerf especially with the removal of DFG.

As mentioned before me, Annie offers healthy counter-play to a meta that's currently plagued by out of control assassins and ADC. And just because she counters the current meta doesn't mean shes more overpowered then it. Annie herself has a lot of problems and weaknesses herself.

Her stun is both a curse and a blessing, when it's up, you better stay away. But when it's down shes easily rush able and burstable. She relies on her stun so much that if she uses it poorly it could mean the end of her. People who main Annie really need to think smart, they need to ask themselves "Where and when is the best time to use my stun? should i drop tibbers/stun on 4 of them? or should I burst down their adc? which enemy is the biggest threat to my team?"

Annie only gets one stun per team fight, if the team fight draws out she may be able to get 2, but regardless that one stun is what makes or breaks a team fight and because of that shes easily a focusable target as well.

Right now, Annie is just fine where she is, or rather where she is going to be, the change to her E allows her to make better use of Tibbers and not just use him to soak up a few turret hits.

In my opinion, Annie is one of the ONLY few balanced thing this game has going for it, lets not take that away.
