So..how's that Skirmishers Sabre been working out for toplaners?

I saw a post a few days ago saying that some of the new jungle items might be really strong on top laners and I haven't been able to play in a few days hence not having the chance to try it. So has anyone been using that extra true dmg smite in the top lane share some opinions on how it works guys =D Ps I think it could be viable with a champ like Xin Zhao

Irelia is pretty badass abuser with sabre-devourer at toplane. Although u need to play very cautiously or else early on with the -1 summoner u are quite vulnerable to all ins. But if you have a teleport running opponent it becames a nightmare to deal with it. :p
