Normal Queue....based off your SoloQ MMR!

I feel that this could potentially benefit tons of players in divisions Gold+ that don't always want to hop straight into ranked without being "warmed-up" (yes that's a thing) and risk their hard-earned LP. Also it could be a way to practice new roles. The closest thing available would be Normals Draft Queue but it usually does not present the type of challenge needed to improve to higher elo but at least there aren't as many trolls. I understand an argument one could make is that there is a normals MMR and with consecutive wins you will be playing against somewhat your skill level but most normal's games I play with my friends winning is not that important so we end up with 3 supports top etc. I would love to hear how you guys feel about this
