Patch Notes History?
Hey quick question looking for a patch note history on some of my champs does anyone know where i could find those? I wanted to know if and how Syndra got nerfed recently

You can find all of the patch notes on the League of Legends site. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch
You can find the most recent patch notes on the startup game client before the login screen.
Syndra's nerfs will happen in 5.1.
If you go to their pages on the lolwiki it usually has a pretty succinct set of patch notes for them. There are also a lot of pages out there dedicated to keeping up with it, you can pretty easily just google insert champion here patch history and find what you need.
