Which champion would you recommend for me?
So I have reached 3000 IP and I am planing on getting a new champion. Which one would you recommend? Ahri, Katarina or Riven? Btw I am not an experienced player and play as an ADC

just play garen for 300 games until you understand how to lane
I dunno if it helps you but what I did is see what champs were on sale that week (every week they put different champs on sale) and bought those lower priced champs first and learned them... as I got better I could get better champs... I'm sure I got more champs out of just buying the sale priced champs first

Ahri is the best choice of the three. Even better choice would be runes.
Katarina loses lane to basically everyone. Ahri offers a lot for teamfights (charm can be a death sentence for the adc) and has a good laning phase. Riven can dominate the top lane, but doesn't do much if she falls behind, so unless you are going to spend a lot of time mastering her I recomend
Save up for the big ADCs, like Jinx or maybe Kalista.
Buy Riven and I will cut your head off. your choice
none of the 3 if you are inexperienced at the role but if i HAD to chose ahri would be the best choice. Ori is better to learn with if you are playing mid.
