Hybrid Support Item. . .?

So its pretty predicable if you get , then you're going tank, or if you get , you're fo-sho going AP.

So i think there should be like a kind of support item (just the health/AP stuff) or actually EPIPHANY

you know like the thing, there should be an item like that for support. It has minimal AD, AP, health perk but if you want to dive down the road of tankyness that builds into or you GET AND BOOTS AND IT BUILDS INTO A SUPER SPEED AHUAHG support item that would be soo fun :DDD. Like but more speeds and less regen THE ABAH ALU AKBAR.
