Why do I always DC?

Its not bad internet, i know that. I can still load YT videos and such and post messages on the boards. It gives me the firewall message, even though I've completely disabled them to fix the problem. I exit game, keep clicking retry for a few mins, I load back in, and when I join game, it loads a few messages and then back to trying to reconnect. What am I doing wrong? Or is it not my fault?
