How to Lane Diana vs Strong Early Game Harass (and lvl 2 ganks)

I’m looking for some general tips on laning Diana vs a Zed/Yasuo, or a champion that has strength at early levels. I’ve been starting Crystaline Flask and Health Pots in most situations. My first back is normally a Dorans Ring followed by building toward an Abyssal Scepter or Zhonya’s depending on the game. Against melee champs like Yasuo, I’ve been trying to take W early to counter their harass, and use my passive to counter back. I hold out on my E until just before or after 6 to make Q and W stronger.

Recently, I’ve found that if I get behind early, I often try to make a play at my level 6 spike and over extend and end up dead. Diana also seems to be an optimal target early game due to her limited escape options pre 6, and I've found myself camped early. Not only does this hurt my progression, but if my jungler is willing to help, it also puts him at a deficit in farm. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

against any AD mid you should take Cloth 5. Decent sustain and it is armor. jst last hit mostly. if you aren't shoving up and in there face then the enemy cant really gank you if you are near your tower. Jst poke with Q and when they go in W to negate damage. i even take E at lvl 3 and when they get to close ill just E them into my w and jst auto then Q hopefully winning the trade

I always have trouble with Diana against Yasuo, and I main her. I do well against every other mid laner except him. The only way I've found to do well against him with her is to build her tank. Like real tank. Frozen Heart, Thornmail, Randuin's, kind of tank build. I totally wrecked him with that but I like to play her the right way, which is her bursty fighter way.
