Twisted Treeline Shaco?!

Just getting into Shaco and I really enjoy him a lot in 5s. I was just wondering what people think of him in 3s and what a good build order is. Lately I've been thinking about trying early movement speed. After rushing Tiamat, finish off boots with enchantment and grab Dead Mans Plate. I feel like the entire game you could contest their Jungle and Altar without much threat. My only other concern in 3s is the lack of carries in the current meta, mostly just bruisers, which I feel lowers Shacos potential. Any thoughts?

I'm also open to AP shaco.... Just not sure where to begin there.
