Not a QQ thread btw. I have only ever beat him in lane once, and that was as Galio, but i dont really lose lane too often as Galio(probably because "lol im vs galio, troll pick = easy win" mentality). Just any kind of advice would be great because i cant seem to ever pull out a victory against one in lane. i mean i know that if hes jungle you can invade him early because he gets beat up badly for a little bit, but in lane it seems he hits his powerspike at lvl 2 and im not sure how to handle that.

-Retaliate if he tries to trade with you, don't just take it. -Mix armor and health, dont just get straight armor.

Honestly, I think you just try not to die so he doesn't kill everyone late.

I'm a MonkeyKing main, so I'll be Devil's Advocate. :P

Try to get him to waste his abilities, particularly his clone. Its his W that makes Wu really strong. The mind games it enables him to play are immense.

Don't get into overly long trades, since Wu wins alot of AA wars, especially if he hits you with his Q first, as it shreds armor. Only people like Jarvan, Renek and Riven can keep up.

If your a tanky champ get an early Chain Vest and Wukong will have a tough time killing you. As long as you dont feed hard then he shouldn't be too much trouble later.

Better yet, if you have a spare 100 gold, get a pink ward and put it down in your lane. It totally screws him over as the clone is now useless.

His ult isn't too scary until Level 11, but watch out for him setting up ganks with the knockup at Level 6.

Hopefully this helps you out a bit. :) The Monkey King is a great champ but he requires skill to outplay opponents. It's really just a case of knowing how to counter his clone or get him to waste it.

If it's about Wukong, build some armor. And try to avoid his ult in Team fights. So take every chance you have to take him out if he's alone then have the team fight.

Quinn iirc, her passive stays on the true Wukong when he w's..so...makes his w that much less useful. Your W can brushcheck for you so he can't zone you much. Build standard top Quinn stuff...tank with bork/maybe triforce. Should be an easy win if you know Quinn much at all/able to deal with her bugs.
