smite ignite Rek'Sai top lane?

Rek'Sai is so mobile she doesn't need flash in lane and already has a global teleport. She can take smite to take golems for a fast level 2 and for scaling with cinderhulk. Ignite is for kill potential which she lacks otherwise. Insane true damage with both red smite and ignite, along with her E. Thoughts?
